My recent stay at Sheraton in Taoyuan was fantastic. The hotel staff made me feel welcomed and remembered my name. The room was modern, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The club lounge was a great place to relax and enjoy some delicious snacks. The Sheraton Taoyuan team went above and beyond to assist me with a problem I encountered, and their support was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

We chose this hotel for our romantic escape as it was conveniently located near the airport and had a shuttle service. the room was comfortable and clean with a large bed and a nice view of the city. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a variety of options to choose from.

Our experience was dampened by a few negative aspects. the shuttle service was confusing to find and the directions provided weren't helpful.

We had a great stay at this hotel which is conveniently 10-15 minutes away from the airport by taxi. The hotel facilities are well taken care of and the staff are friendly. We loved the fact that there's a playroom for babies which opens at 10am and closes at 8pm. Additionally, this hotel is baby and kids friendly, providing a bottle sterilizer, bathtub items, baby cot with sheets and covers, and even a tent!
